Foodstuffs

From small beginnings in 1925, the Foodstuffs organisation has grown to become the country's biggest grocery distributor and one of New Zealand's largest businesses.

Despite its phenomenal growth, Foodstuffs, like Yarrows Family Bakers, remains 100% New Zealand owned and operated with all profits and taxes remaining in New Zealand.

Consisting of three regionally based co-operatives, the PAK'nSAVE, New World and Four Square chain of supermarkets and stores operate under the Foodstuffs umbrella.

SUBWAY

With more than 28,000 locations in over 86 countries, Subway is the world’s largest sandwich franchise, and a leader in the international development of the quick service restaurant industry.

Throughout the years, the Subway restaurant chain has earned a well-respected reputation for offering customers healthier, more nutritious alternatives to traditional greasy and fatty fast food.

Pams

Launched in 1937, the Pams range of products is the exclusive brand of the Foodstuffs group of companies, New Zealand's largest food retailers. The Pams product range of around 1,000 lines includes most of the volume selling grocery product groups in supermarkets.

Yarrows Family Bakers is proud to be working with Pams to bring New Zealanders a range of great tasting and affordably priced breads.

Salba™

In 2008, Yarrows Family Bakers secured the exclusive Australasian rights to use Salba™, an ancient grain considered by many as nature’s most powerful wholefood, in our breads and bakery products.
