Today, the family owned and operated business has bakery operations in Manaia (flagship), Rotorua and Tirau, producing a wide range of world-class frozen bakery products supplying major wholesale and foodservice customers in New Zealand, Australia and throughout much of Asia.

Our product range includes long shelf life frozen dough for bread, buns and rolls, specialty breads, artisan breads, cookies, croissants, danish and muffins.
We also provide a range of premium quality parbaked, thaw and sell products for just in time operations.
Yarrows is committed to hands-on technical services. We have a dedicated and knowledgeable expert bakers’ team that works in partnership with customers to provide support and advice on new ideas and techniques, equipment, baking methods and best practice bakery operation.
Yarrows has been working with the world’s largest fast food chain, Subway, for over 15 years supplying Subway with their Subway sandwich. Now, every month, Yarrows makes, shapes and freezes Frozen Dough Sticks for countries that include New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia & Vietnam.
